According to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 regarding the “protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data”, we inform you that your personal data will be processed solely for the sending of communications concerning the services offered by ROSSIGNOLI – Studio Legale.
We report the translation of the full text of art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 concerning the right of access to personal data and other rights of the user: 1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. 2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied when processing by means of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2; (e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or responsable. 3. The person concerned has the right to: a) update, rectificate or,if interested , integrate the data; b) to cancel, to transform into anonymous form or to block data processed in violation of law, including those for which no conservation is required in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) obtain the attestation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention , including their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfillment reveals being impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of the personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or for the purpose of market research or commercial communication.It is also stated that, pursuant to art. 24 letter B) D.Lgs 196/03, the consent of the person concerned is not foreseen when the treatment is necessary to perform a contractual obligation or to fulfill, prior to the conclusion of the contract, the specific requests of the person concerned. The holder of the above treatment is ROSSIGNOLI – Studio Legale.
